As a leader within our Network Pricing team, you'll help with advancing our solutions for setting effective drug pricing within our provider networks to meet client and pharmacy contract guarantees through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis and reporting. About You:

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Leading solution delivery projects; ensuring the delivery of robust, sustainable and scalable solutions while engaging with IT and business partners

  • Owning and maintaining in house analytics solutions

  • Perform analytics in line with organizational best practice, ensuring cross functional alignment on methodologies

  • Anticipate future requirements and design / implement solutions to meet these

  • Experience leading and implementing Data Quality Initiatives

  • Lead the development of new concepts, technologies, and products to meet emerging customer requirements

  • Influence senior management decisions that impact business direction

  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in writing and orally to individuals and groups, with the ability to tell stories and drive recommendations through data


Required Qualifications:


  • Significant experience in analytical roles (e.g. business analysis, data science, data analytics)

  • Demonstrable experience leading or owning solution delivery projects, with accountability of work for senior and/or management level team members

  • Undergraduate degree in a numerical subject (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics)

  • Technical experience in Python, SQL and MS Excel

  • Experience with predictive modelling and analytics

  • Data visualization experience with Tableau (or similar)

  • Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines

  • Complex problem-solving skills.

    Proven ability to work well and collaboratively, with multiple teams or departments for business growth or profitability goals

  • The ability to work a portion of monthly work hours from our Dublin or Letterkenny office is required.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working as part of an agile delivery model

  • Experience working with transactional data in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking or Telco

  • Computer science qualification or experience

  • Experience in MS Azure
